Our retails store and customer service are opened daily:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 – 20.30 (9:00 AM – 8:30 PM)
Friday: 9:00 – 20:30 (9:00 AM – 8:30 PM)
Saturday: 9:00 17:00 (9:00 AM – 5.30 PM)
This gives you the opportunity to visit the store at times to your liking. Do you prefer to shop when it's not busy in the store? In this case we recommend you to come early in the morning on a weekday. Saturday is the busiest day; it is possible that there is a waiting queue at the entrance.
We understand that you would rather not visit the store. You can order all of our products online. In case you’re unable to find a product online, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

We are closed on Sundays. Also, during King’s Day (27 April), Christmas (25 & 26 December), and New Year’s Day (1 January) we are closed.
