Did you order products via kampeerwereld.nl, but would you like to exchange or return them? That is no problem! All orders have a trial period of 90 days which starts when you have the products in your possession. During the trial period you can try and review the products. When the 90-day trial period is over, the purchase is definitive and, consequently, cannot be returned anymore.
When can you return a product?
- Within the 90 days trial period.
- As far as this is possible, return the product in the original and undamaged packaging.
- Complete, unused and undamaged. Fitting of clothes is not seen as use.
Costs of returning
In the Netherlands, you can return your order using PostNL. This costs €5, and you send this amount of money to the business reply number which is stated at the return form. Returning costs outside the Netherlands can differ and are borne by the customer.

Returns in the retail store
Of course, you can also exchange or return a product in the store. When entering the store, the information desk is at your left. Do not forget to bring the proof of purchase and/or return receipt.
It is always a good idea to check the order when you have received it. Is it complete and undamaged? When this is not the case, we recommend you to contact us immediately.

The amount of money for the product(s) will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days in case the order was already paid for.
How to register a return?
You can do this online. Sign in with your email address and password at the sign in page of kampeerwereld.nl. Not in possession of a password? Or did you never create an account? If this is the case, select ‘forgot my password’ and fill in your email address. You will receive a password from us to sign in.

If you don’t want to create an account, you can download, print and fill out the return form. We ask you to fill out this form as complete as possible so we can process your request for return adequately.

What information do we ask for?
We frequently receive incomplete return forms. When this is the case, we can’t finish the return procedure fast and/or completely. Therefore, we ask you to complete the return form as accurate as possible.
At the least, we ask the following details (you can find them in the return form):
- Order number
- Explanation regarding the return
- Products you’re returning
- Continuation of the return (a different size or colour for example)
- Reason of return
Our return policy:
- 90-day trial period, starts when you receive the order
- The product should be returned in the undamaged, unwritten, and original fabric packaging. Clothing, shoes and such should still have the original labels.
- Products should be complete, unused and undamaged (fitting of clothes is not seen as use)
- Products with personal characteristics or because of their function can’t be returned. For example, first aid kits, (used) climbing material and water filters
Costs of returning
In the Netherlands, you can use PostNL to return the package. You can find the business reply number on the retour sticker. Returning via the business reply number costs €5 and is withheld from the amount that is to be refunded.

Settlement of the return
Generally, the liability of returning a package lies with the buyer. Returning is easy with the attached return sticker that comes with the package. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we evaluate them and continue the process as soon as possible. When you are eligible for a return item, this is usually send the same day. A possible refund will take place maximum 14 (work)days later.
As you will understand, we always check returns on defects and incompleteness. From that point, the process will be continued.
Exception: it is possible to return an order free of charge using the business reply number if you have received a defective product. As a precondition, you should contact our customer service about this first. They will evaluate the defect first and discuss with you further instructions concerning the return.
